Delete your FajrMate app account

This page works even if the app has been uninstalled. Identity verification is required before a request is accepted.

What will be permanently removed

• App profile, password and account identifiers
• Login sessions and registered device records
• Wake-up Key account/device bindings and online entitlement records
• Password-recovery records and Play review access, if applicable

What may be retained

Orders, invoices, payments, delivery records and restricted audit evidence are retained only where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims or service security. They cannot be used to sign back into the deleted account.

Deletion is normally completed within 30 days and cannot be undone. Local alarms are not remotely cancelled; uninstall the app or clear its storage to remove local data.
